Hi friend, I’m Ripple.
Welcome to my reef! I’m a curious fish who loves exploring, asking questions, and solving mysteries. And sometimes, I get big feelings I don’t quite understand.
When that happens, I look for clues. Maybe my tummy feels bubbly, my fin gets wiggly, or I really, REALLY don’t want to do something. Those clues can help me figure out what my feelings are trying to tell me.
Then I can choose a Tide Tool and take my next brave step.
Ripple’s Story (For Grown-Ups)
Ripple grew from years of working alongside kids and families navigating school anxiety, avoidance, and those tough “I don’t want to go” mornings.
As child and family therapists, Jena and Nicole often saw the same challenge: kids were learning helpful tools, parents were trying their best at home, and schools wanted to help, but everyone didn’t always have the same language or tools to work from.
Ripple was created to help bridge that gap. Through stories, mysteries, and Tide Tools, he gives kids a kid-friendly way to understand what they’re feeling, while giving the grown-ups around them practical ways to support the next brave step.
What Ripple Believes
Big feelings leave clues.
Every feeling is trying to tell us something.
Being brave doesn’t mean you aren’t nervous.
Everyone can find Tide Tools that work for them.
Small brave steps can lead to big changes.
