A Little Note From Ripple

Hi friend. I’m so happy you swam over here. This page is where I answer questions that little kiddos and grown-ups might have about me. I help children who are just starting their school journey and kids who have been in school for a while but still get those butterflies or jitters. Everyone feels wiggly inside sometimes. You are never alone in that. I’m here to help you learn small brave steps you can use every day.

FAQ

  • What is Ripple?

Hi there. I’m Ripple. I am a little blue fish who helps kids understand big feelings, especially the ones that show up around school. I teach kids simple ways to feel calmer, braver, and more ready for their day.

  • How can Ripple help my child?

I share easy tricks for calming your body, talking about feelings, and taking small brave steps. Kids can swim through my reef and learn how to handle jitters, worries, and those “I don’t want to go” mornings in a gentler way.

  • Does Ripple ever get nervous too?

Oh yes. Even brave fish like me get wiggly in our tummies sometimes. New things, loud mornings, or changes in routine can make me feel unsure. That just means I get to practice my calming skills too.

  • What ages is Ripple for?

Kids from ages four through ten enjoy my stories, guides, and activities. Little kiddos who are starting school for the first time love having a friend who understands. Older kids who have been in school for a while like learning new ways to handle jitters or tricky days.

  • Is Ripple a replacement for therapy?

No. I am a friendly helper who teaches skills, not a therapist. If a child needs more support, grown-ups can always talk with a licensed professional. I make the journey feel a little lighter.

  • How can we stay connected to Ripple?

You can follow me on Instagram at @justtherippleeffect. That is where I share little reminders, brave-moment tips, and updates from Ripple’s Reef.
